About Us
The principals are George Shiels BA, MSc, Mhort, an agronomist for more than
30 years, and Jack McMillan MBE, ex Course Manager of Sunningdale. George and Jack came together in 1992 to form their partnership and since then have been involved in a wide variety of projects including the construction of Windlesham Golf Course, the management of Chichester golf courses as well as assessments of sites for the European Tour. They bring experience of all aspects of the golf course and sportsground management up to and including preparations for the Ryder Cup.
