New Sites
Whether the project is for a sportsground or a golf course it should be examined carefully to avoid as many of the potential pitfalls as possible. This usually means examining soil conditions to identify drainage and construction problems as well as looking at the site from a designer's point of view.
McMillan-Shiels work with established architects and developers to undertake site surveys and from this survey are able to produce the specification for cultivations, seed, fertilizer, drainage etc. Project management or occasional advisory visits can also be arranged to ensure that the work proceeds to plan.
